Walks – Subscriber Invitation
Australian Heritage Week started Saturday and as part of this week’s activities, Heritage Perth is hosting three lunchtime guided walks in the city centre starting tomorrow.
The first walk will showcase some of the oldest and most loved buildings in the city including the Old Court House that is now one of a very small number of law museums worldwide. The second will focus on the myriad building materials used in Perth’s older construction and the third walk, looks at the wonderful historic buildings in Hay Street such as the 1911 Savoy Hotel.
As a valued subscriber of Heritage Perth we take great pleasure in inviting you to join us tomorrow, Thursday or Friday for a stroll around the city to rediscover the discovered. Walk details as follows:
WALK 1: “Look Up Perth 1†– Wednesday 17 April (meet at Town Hall)
WALK 2: “Perth Rocks†– Thursday 18 April (meet at GPO, Forrest Place)
WALK 3: “Look Up Perth 2†– Friday 19 April (meet at Town Hall)
All walks are FREE, start at 12.30pm and last approximately 50 minutes. Bookings are essential as places are limited (click here to visit our bookings page)
