The Convent of Mercy was both designed and built by the Fenians. How did the Fenians do it in 1871? .
Find out about the history of these talented Irish men. Tap into some of their experience and even learn a step or two of Irish Dancing. Share a cuppa, and “taste” some of the areas of a Convent designed and built by the Fenians. Enjoy scenes showing the Sisters of Mercy, young women from Ireland, as they began life in the early Swan River colony.
Free entry and free on course parking. Free tours of the heritage buildings (1930) at 6pm and 7:30pm bookings available on the night from the information kiosk. Photo display in Undercroft on the ground floor.
