Heritage Perth Announce New Chairman Of The Board

After six years of distinguished service as Chairman of Heritage Perth, Evan Campbell has decided it is time for a new helmsman.

In parting Evan said, “To have served Chairman of Heritage Perth for six years has been both an honour and a privilege. To watch the organisations growth and to see it achieve its objectives of engaging people to view our great city from a heritage perspective has been enormously rewarding. I wish the new Chair, the board and the team at Heritage Perth continued growth”.

On hearing of his decision, Heritage Perth’s Executive Director, Richard Offen said, “Heritage Perth is most grateful to Evan Campbell for his wise council and experienced hand on the tiller as Chairman of Heritage Perth. Evan has steered the board and officers through a number of important changes with distinction and we wish him every success in the future”.

At a recent Board meeting, Paula Rogers, WA State Director, Committee for Economic Development Australia, was unanimously elected to succeed Evan as Chairman of Heritage Perth.

Originally from Ireland, Paula has lived in Perth since 2002 and is passionate about living and working in Western Australia.

Paula’s executive role is the State Director of the Committee for Economic Development (CEDA) an organisation that promotes economic development in WA and across Australia.

Paula has over 20 years’ experience in management, sales, marketing and business development in roles such as CEO, Publisher, Communications and Marketing Manager, Advertising Director and GM Sales and Marketing.

In welcome to Paula Rodgers Offen announced, “Paula has been a member of the Heritage Perth Board for a number of years and is a passionate advocate for the heritage and history of Perth. Under her leadership, we look forward to a continued period of growth and innovation in the way Heritage Perth promotes the heritage of our beautiful and historic city”.
