Heritage Perth Weekend a Winner!

We were delighted to be announced as the joint winners of the Heritage Tourism Product award at the 2019 Western Australian Heritage Awards in March.

The citation on the award reads:

Each year, Heritage Perth Weekend sees the City of Perth come alive with free walks and guided tours, talks, exhibitions, presentations and children’s activities that provide an opportunity for the public to access some of Perth’s most beautiful and inconic heritage places and spaces.

The 2018 Heritage Perth Weekend encouraged a new, and predominantly younger audience to engage with Perth’s heritage buildings as they took part in the
‘Pokemon Go’ scavenger hunt.
