Heritage Perth’s Executive Director, Richard Offen, will be the guest speaker at an event in the State Library on Sunday, 17 October to mark the beginning of Celebrate WA.

Richard’s talk, entitled ‘Look Up Perth’ will take place in the State Library Theatre at 2 pm.
